Short - but Sweet?

Yes, this is definitely going to be a short entry.


I know this is crazy, but I just spent the last 3 hours and some - in the gym - and I wasn’t just sitting on the mats.


I am now quite tired, it’s late in the day and I’ve got ‘things’ that need doing before I can rest or have dinner. Of course, I wouldn’t be eating at 6:00pm anyway -but still - I’ll have to prepare dinner and by the time that hour rolls around, I’m just as likely to want to go to bed instead!


Did I mention I’m exhausted!?


You see, I got all those new exercises from my new trainer yesterday and I wanted to do them - after I spent 40 minutes on the treadmill and did all the other exercises he’d given me previously. 
I thought if I didn’t do them, I might forget them. I mean, I have a whole slew of them now - and it’s clear that to do them all takes a rather great deal of time.


Perhaps I should divide them up into groups and alternate days - otherwise, I’ll be spending all of every day in the gym for the rest of my life - that sound’s excessive, n’est pas?


Anyway, I’ve got it in my mind that I shall do nothing tomorrow.


Well.


Almost nothing.


There’s always Sunday’s laundry - and I’m planning on baking biscotti - and there are a couple of wee errands - but other than that - nothing on the schedule!


I shall be free as a bird.


I can’t wait!


But for now, I’m a little tired and really, really must go.
